Please take time to read the house rules and understand them. All the rules are considering the safety and comfort of our guests.

Palmeraie Holidays presents two of it’s villas Palm Bliss and Palm Pearl for you to stay at the comfort of your own home.

Our check in timing is 12:30 pm and check out at 10:00 am you can also opt for an extended check out at 5:00 pm (extra charges applicable). Only request to the guests of Palmeraie is to adhere to the checkout time to avoid inconvenience for the next guests. We can relax the timing for 15 – 30 mins maximum but beyond that it shall not be possible.

  • Hot solar water is available 24 X 7. Please note the water might be very hot, specially during summer season, please take care of your young ones and avoid any accidents.
  • Clean linens and bath towels (one set at every check-in per day). If you require more than 1 set it shall be provided but shall attract extra charge. Separate pool towels shall be provided at the pool area.
  • Basic bath accessories / toiletries (soap and shampoo) shall be provided.
  • LED TV with Tata Sky connection are available in each bedroom.
  • Please note Tata Sky connection may be down during rains and we at Palmeraie Holidays shall not be responsible to provide any alternate source for the TVs.
  • House keeping of the rooms is done everyday once between 9:00 am to 2:00 pm. As per our policy our staff is instructed not to enter the guests rooms without guests’ permission, so if your are staying for more than 1 night please instruct the staff when you would like to have the house keeping done in between 9 am to 2 pm.
  • Please avoid eating in the bedrooms to avoid inconvenience due to ants and unwanted insects due to food spillage.
  • Our staff shall be available for your assistance from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm and 4:00 pm to 11:00 pm (with a 1 hr lunch break).
  • Indoor and outdoor games as specified for each of the villa shall be made available on request free of charge.
  • Bluetooth enabled music system is provided (free). Guests are requested to play music only indoors.

About Food

  • OUTSIDE FOOD IS STRICTLY NOT ALLOWED
  • If stay package includes complimentary breakfast then 2 options of Maharashtrian breakfast shall be served common for the entire group along with tea / coffee. If more than 2 options are needed apart from our complimentary breakfast menu, then it will be billed separately as per our menu card. Also tea/coffee served any time during the day other than along with breakfast is chargeable. If Complimentary breakfast is included with stay package and it will be served between 8:00 am to 9:30 am. Any snacks/ beverages served after 9:30 am shall be chargeable.
  • KITCHEN ENTRY IS STRICTLY RESTRICTED. Induction can be arranged on request inside the room / common area strictly for preparation of infant food only. PLEASE NOTE ONLY INFANT FOOD IS ALLOWED TO BE COOKED BY THE GUESTS. THE KIDS OR ADULT MEALS ARE NOT BE PREAPARED ON THE INDUCTION PROVIDED.
  • The stay package does not include meals unless specified.
  • We serve food as per order. No pre cooked food is served from our kitchen and hence to prepare meals our staff would require atleast 2 to 3 hours to serve your order after it is placed. It starts with procuring raw material from the local market after we receive your order. Since it is a rural area sometimes specific raw material might not be available and my staff shall then co-ordinate with you if such a situation arises. Guest cooperation in such situations shall be highly appreciated.
  • The menu card is shared before the booking is done and no discount on food bills.
  • If guests’ require table service / extra service counter for special occasions it can be arranged at extra cost and with prior booking. Please note the charges for the counter and service person shall be borne by the guest.
  • Decoration of the venue for any special occasions shall be arranged at extra cost.
  • We can arrange vehicles from Airport/ Railway station/Jetty or for local site seeing at extra cost. Also self-driven cars and bikes are available on rent.

Check-In and Check-Out

  • Check-In Time : 12;30 PM
  • Check-Out Time : 10:00 AM
  • We would be happy to offer you complimentary early check in by 12 noon provided there is no booking the previous night. Guests are requested to confirm the same with us a day prior to their check in.
  • Check in earlier to 12 noon are chargeable and depends on availability.
  • Balance payment for the stay shall be made at check-in.
  • Security deposit of Rs. 5000 shall be collected at check-in , in cash, which is 100% refundable if no damages are made and if check-out is done in time.
  • Late check out – charges shall be applicable post 10:30 am.
  • Extended check out can be granted only if there is no check in on that particular day and can be confirmed only by 8 am on the particular day.
  • If the guests are not availing any paid extended check out we request the guests to hand over the property at regular check out time.
  • With the view to accommodate the check-in guests in a clean villa and on time we request all our guests to follow the check-out timings to avoid inconvenience to others.

House rules

  • We have care takers / staff to assist the guests during their stay. The working hours for our care takers/ staff are 8:00 am to 3 pm and 4 pm to 11:00 pm. They will not be available for service beyond 11:00 pm. Though in case of any emergency they will be available for your help you if the situation is within their scope anytime during your stay.
  • We do not offer room service.
  • Outside food is strictly not permitted inside the premises. Dry snacks and drinks are permitted and guests are requested to consume the same in designated dining areas.
  • We have designated dining areas – Lawn dining and Roof top terrace dining for Palm Bliss and a Hall and Lawn dining for Palm Pearl. Dining inside the bedrooms is not permitted in best interest of the guests. All meals/ snacks/ tea n coffee will be served by our staff only in the dining areas. We have provided comfortable dining tables and chairs only in the dining areas. Eating inside rooms may invite ants and other insects and may unnecessarily cause discomfort to the guests during the stay. Though we undertake regular pest control but frying insects cannot be restricted.
  • Kitchen entry to the guests is strictly restricted. We have our staff to serve you hygienic home cooked food of your choice. We serve Jain, Veg and Non veg meals. The kitchen shall remain open for orders from 8:00 am to 7:00 pm and shall close for servings at 11:00 pm. Starters / snacks shall be served till 9:00 pm only and meals till 10:30 pm. No food / snacks shall be served after 10:30 pm.
  • We shall provide induction in the common area only for infant meal preparation.
  • Guests cannot invite other guests and day visitors during their stay at Palmeraie Holidays unless informed in prior.
  • Music is strictly not permitted beyond 10:00 pm as per rules of local government authorities. No professional DJ/ music instruments to be played at villa.
  • Pets are not allowed.
  • We do not serve alcohol. Guests can get it along with them. Consumption of alcohol is permitted within limits. If the guests spoil the premises/rooms/ beds and beddings due to excess drinking cleaning charges shall be deducted from the security deposit depending on the degree of spoilage. Also the guests will have to compensate for the damage to the property.
  • If any law and order situation arises due to misconduct or irresponsible behavior of the guests. The host or the staff of Palmeraie shall not be responsible for the same and the guests will have to face the fine / consequences as per local government rules and regulations.
  • Hukkah is completely banned inside the premises. Fine of Rs.2000 shall be charged if any one found breaking this rule.
  • Illegal activities including but not limited to carrying/consuming drugs/narcotics and carrying firearms/weapons, explosive materials inside the property are prohibited. Management reserves the right to report any such activities to local authorities.
  • Illegal commercial activities are strictly prohibited.
  • For comfort and health of our guests, our villa is a SMOKE-FREE ZONE. Smoking within / inside the rooms is strictly prohibited. Smoking is permitted in open spaces inside the premises. Cleaning fee of Rs. 1000 shall be levied if found smoking inside the rooms.
  • Guests are requested to take care of all their personal valuables and belongings themselves. Management is not responsible for any loss, theft or damage to any of your items.
  • As per the rule, all guests will have to carry government-approved photo ID proof with address mentioned on it. Viz. Aadhar card, passport, Driving license etc.
  • Inappropriate behavior or violation of any of the above house rules will invite a polite refusal to accept a Booking. If already checked in, Management reserves the right to ask guests to leave without any refund.
  • We provide generator back up even for ACs during your stay. The generator shall be switched on after 5-10 mins of the power failure. Please bear with us for those 5-10 mins as most of the times the light goes only for 2-3 mins and it is an unnecessary task to switch on and off the generator.
  • Incase of long duration power failures i.e. more than 4 hrs. We will have to switch off the generator for sometime to cool down and refill the fuel.
  • We request the guests to switch off lights and all electric equipment’s of the unoccupied rooms / areas to avoid wastage of resources specially during the power failure.
  • Though we undertake regular pest control services of the premises on regular basis, since the Villa stands amidst the trees and garden, there might be a possibility of entry of insects. Guests are advised to shut windows and doors in the evening.
  • Any damage to our movable or immovable property/assets by the guests or children shall attract monetary compensation from the guests equivalent to market cost of the damaged item/s.
  • Please do not feed stray cats and dogs inside the villa premises.
  • Outdoors of the villa are secured under CCTV surveillance.
  • Lastly, this is not a commercial luxury hotel, it is just a home stay we will try our best to give you the comfort and services to our best possible way. A sincere request to the guests to treat the property just like your own house and take care of it. Avoid littering inside the rooms and in the terrace and garden area. Consider this as your own house and take care of it.

Rules for use of Swimming Pool

  • The pool area shall remain open daily between 7:30 am to 9:00 am and 1:00 pm to 10:00 pm.
  • Request for using pool area outside the mentioned timings is not possible due to daily maintenance.
  • The pool will remain closed for daily maintenance from 9:00 am to 11:00 am and 10:00 pm to 7:30 am.
  • We use chemicals used in drinking water RO units for the purification of the pool water. That’s the reason you will not experience tanning which usually happens due to usage of harsh chemicals. This also makes the pool kids friendly.
  • Access to the Swimming Pool area is only granted to the guests staying at villa.
  • Suitable/comfortable swimming costume is required for using the swimming pool facility.
  • Guests are requested not apply any lotion/cream on the body before entering the pool.
  • Taking shower before entering the pool is mandatory, and it is also advisable to take bath with soap after leaving the pool.
  • Children below 14 years must be accompanied by an adult all the time when near the pool area.
  • Children swimming with inflated teaching aid need strict supervision by the parents.
  • Please note that there is no life guard at the property. The parents are responsible to take care of their children’s safety in the pool area. Our staff shall not be held responsible for any accident.
  • In case if you have long hair please ensure that you put on a swimming cap before entering the pool.
  • Food and drinks are strictly not allowed in the Pool / deck area.
  • No Glassware is permitted in the pool area. 
  • The security deposit shall be confiscated if the guests are seen eating and drinking in the pool area.
  • Use the pool ladder to enter and exit the swimming pool to avoid any injury.
  • The pool is not deep and so diving can lead to injury.
  • Any person suffering from a known serious medical condition (e.g. heart disease, severe circulation problems, epilepsy or respiratory problems) or any kind of skin allergy or disorder should not use the Swimming Pool.
  • Chewing tobacco, pan masala etc. inside the pool premises is strictly prohibited.
  • Person under the influence of alcohol will not be permitted in the pool complex or in the surrounding area. A polite refusal by our staff should be taken sportingly by the guests.
  • Spitting, spouting of water, blowing nose in the pool are prohibited.
  • Throwing litter in pool premises is strictly prohibited as it may choke the pipe lines/drainage system of swimming pool.
  • Do not wear holy thread, golden chain, rings or other similar thing while swimming.
  • Kindly keep all valuables safely, management cannot be held liable for loss of any valuables or other personal property left at the swimming pool premises.
  • Do not swim when you are hungry or exhausted and for at least an hour after the meal.
  • Follow the instructions of the staff on duty at all time for your safety.
  • Gum chewing is not permitted anywhere in the pool area for health and safety reasons.
  • The deck area is wet so the guests are requested to walk on the deck area carefully; please do not run in and around the pool facility for your and others safety.
  • Palmeraie Holidays is not responsible for any loss or damage to any personal property, injury, disability or fatality even death arising from whatsoever reasons while exercising or playing in the swimming area.
  • We do not have any life guard. Guests swim at their own risk and Palmeraie Holidays will not be responsible for any injuries while using the facilities.
  • Pets are not allowed at the villa.

We are very much strict with our rules but at the same time are always ready for small changes and accommodate your requests so that you enjoy the stay to your fullest and make the stay at Palmeraie the most memorable one.
