Palm Pristine villa is situated in Nagaon, Alibaug. The total area of the property is around 12500 sq ft. The built-up area of the villa is around 3500 sq feet (ground + first with terrace). The property has almost 5000 sq feet of garden area, 1500 sq feet of pool and deck area + on-site parking area big enough to park 4-5 cars or 2 mini busses)

ABOUT THE VILLA

  • Palm Pristine is a private villa with 4 bedrooms and a Living room
  • Two bedrooms are on the Ground floor and 2 on the first floor and the living room is on the ground floor
  • The living room has comfortable sofa and a dining table.
  • All the bedrooms are well furnished with Queen size beds, folding double bed, wardrobe, working table and are self contained with attached bathrooms.
    • Bedroom 1 – 1 Queen size bed + 1 folding double bed + floor mattresses
    • Bedroom 2 – 1 Queen size bed + 1 folding double bed + floor mattresses
    • Bedroom 3 – 1 Queen size bed + 1 folding double bed + floor mattresses
    • Bedroom 4 – 1 Queen size bed + 1 folding double bed + floor mattresses
  • All the rooms including the hall are airconditioned.
  • Every room of Palm Pristine is huge and well-ventilated, with large glass windows ans attached balconies.
  • The villa can accommodate up to 16- 20 people.
  • Apart from the rooms specified above, the villa has 1 more room on the ground floor which is for staff use only which is the kitchen. Entry to this room is separated from the rest of the rooms and guest entry/usage of this area is strictly restricted.

  • The lawn / garden is well maintained with many flowering plants and coconut plantation.

  • A terrace on the 1st floor is a perfect place for a party.
  • The terrace can accommodate upto 25 people making it a perfect place for a celebration.
  • We provide a bluetooth music system free of charge to play your favorite tunes.
  • Arrangements for special occasions are done as per requirement (shall attract extra charges).
  • Balloon / floral decorations can also be arranged as per request (shall attract extra charges).

DINING AREA

  • Meals / Snacks/ Tea are served in the living room, lawn and terrace dining areas.
  • Sitting arrangement with comfortable tables and chairs is done as per requirement (no extra charges for simple sitting arrangement).
  • Dining/Tea/Coffee/snacks are not permitted inside the bedrooms as it may invite ants and other creatures due to spillage food and make your stay uncomfortable.
  • No table service offered.
  • Table service for parties can be arranged (at extra cost).

  • Safe parking for 4 to 5 cars inside the premises.
  • During the stay we provide clean bath and bed linens and bath accessories.
  • House keeping is done once a day for longer stays and on request as per availability of housekeeping staff.
