Palm Pearl villa is situated in Nagaon, Alibaug. The total area of the property is around 17000 sq ft. The built-up area of the villa is around 3500 sq feet (ground + first+ terrace). The property has almost 12000 sq feet of garden area, 1000 sq feet of pool and deck area + on-site parking area big enough to park 5/6 cars or 2 mini busses)

ABOUT THE VILLA

  • Palm Pearl is a private villa with 5 bedrooms and two living rooms
  • Two bedrooms and a huge hall are on the ground floor.
  • Three of the bedrooms and a small hall are on the first floor.
  • All the bedrooms are well furnished with Queen size beds, wardrobe and are self contained with attached bathrooms.
    • Bedroom 1 – Lilac – 1 Queen size bed + 1 folding double bed + 1 folding mattress bed + floor mattresses
    • Bedroom 2 – Rose – 1 Queen size bed + 1 folding double bed + floor mattresses
    • Bedroom 3 – Lavender – 1 Queen size bed + 1 folding double bed + floor mattresses
    • Bedroom 4 – Lily – 1 Queen size bed + 1 Sofa cum bed + floor mattresses
    • Bedroom 2 – Lotus – 1 Queen size bed + 1 folding double bed + floor mattresses
  • The hall is equipped with sofas and chairs for comfortable sitting.
  • All the bedrooms are air-conditioned.
  • Every room of Palm Pearl is huge well ventilated with large glass windows to give an uninterrupted view of nature.
  • We provide extra beds/mattresses as per the requirement
  • The hall on the ground floor has a sitting capacity of almost 30 – 35 pax.
  • Apart from the rooms specified above the villa has 1 more room which is for staff use only – The kitchen. Entry to the kitchen is separated from the rest of the rooms and guest entry/usage for this is strictly restricted.

  • A huge veranda on the ground floor adds to the beauty of the villa.
  • Lush green lawn in front of the villa adds to the serenity of the space.
  • The garden is well maintained and showcases many plants.
  • Ample open space for the kids to play with well equipped kids play area with swings, sea-saw and slide.
  • A terrace on the 1st floor is laid with artificial lawn and is a perfect place for a evening sit out.
  • We provide a Bluetooth music system on request free of charge to play your favorite tunes only in the living area.
  • A Gazebo at the pool area is the guests’ favorite.
  • Arrangements for special occasions are done as per requirement (shall attract extra charges).
  • Balloon / floral decorations can also be arranged as per request (shall attract extra charges).

DINING AREA

  • Meals / Snacks/ Tea are served in the in the ground floor hall and lawn area.
  • Sitting arrangement with comfortable tables and chairs is done as per requirement (no extra charges for simple sitting arrangement).
  • Dining/Tea/Coffee/snacks are not permitted inside the rooms as it may invite ants and other creatures due to spillage food and make your stay uncomfortable.
  • No table service offered.
  • Table service for parties can be arranged (at extra cost).

  • During the stay we provide clean bath and bed linens and bath accessories.
  • House keeping is done every alternate day for longer stays and on request as per availability of housekeeping staff.
