• Distance from Jetty: Around 20 kms from Mandwa Jetty (ferry service)

THE ROOMS

• Palm Bliss is a private villa with 4 bedrooms and a Hall
• All the 4 bedrooms are on the first floor and living area on the ground floor
• All the bedrooms are well furnished with King size beds, wardrobe and are self contained with attached bathrooms.
• The hall has comfortable sofa and a dining table.
• Extra sofa mattress beds and floor mattresses are available as per requirement.
• All the rooms including the hall are airconditioned.
• Every room of Palm Bliss is huge well ventilated with large glass windows to give an uninterrupted view of nature.
• The villa can accommodate upto 20 people.
• Apart from the rooms specified above, the villa has 2 more rooms on the ground floor which are for staff use only – The kitchen and the store room. Entry to these rooms is separated from the rest of the rooms and guest entry/usage of these two rooms is strictly restricted.

OPEN SPACES

• Three of the bedrooms rooms have attached balconies.
• A huge veranda with a traditional wooden zhula on the ground floor adds to the beauty of the villa.
• Lush green lawn in front of the villa adds to the serenity of the space.
• The lawn / garden is well maintained with many flowering plants and coconut plantation.
• Ample open space for the kids to play
• The coconut trees hold the hammocks to relax.
• A terrace on the 2nd floor is a perfect place for a party.
• The terrace can accommodate upto 75 people making it a perfect place for a large celebration.
• We provide a bluetooth music system free of charge to play your favorite tunes.
• Arrangements for special occasions are done as per requirement (shall attract extra charges).
• Balloon / floral decorations can also be arranged as per request (shall attract extra charges).

• Meals / Snacks/ Tea are served in the living room, lawn and terrace dining areas.
• Sitting arrangement with comfortable tables and chairs is done as per requirement (no extra charges for simple sitting arrangement).
• Dining/Tea/Coffee/snacks are not permitted inside the bedrooms as it may invite ants and other creatures due to spillage food and make your stay uncomfortable.
• No table service offered.
• Table service for parties can be arranged (at extra cost).

• Private swimming pool (Size – 21 feet x 13 feet x 4.5 feet)
• Indoor games like table tennis, carrom, chess, UNO and cards are available on request.
• Outdoor games like Badminton and cricket is available on request.
• Designated kids play area with sea-saw, swings and slide.
• LED TV with Tata sky connection in all the four bedrooms.
• We provide Bluetooth enabled music system only in the living area.
• BSNL fibrenet connection available in the living room.
• Generator power back up available during power cuts.
• Access to kitchen is restricted. We provide Jain, veg and non-veg meals as per order. Outside food is not permitted.
• Induction is available for infant meals.
• Care taker available for assistance for any emergency
• Safe parking for 4 to 5 cars inside the premises.
• During the stay we provide clean bath and bed linens and bath accessories.
• House keeping is done every alternate day for longer stays and on request as per availability of housekeeping staff.
