Payment terms and Cancellation Policy

  • Booking amount: 50% of the total stay charges shall be paid at the time of booking. The dates shall be blocked only on receiving the booking amount.
  • Balance 50% stay charges to be paid at the time of check-in.
  • Security deposit of Rs. 5000 to be paid in cash at the time of check-in which shall be returned back at the time of check out if there is no damage to the property or no late check out.
  • If the booking is cancelled or modified on or before 15th day prior to the check-in date – 25% of the total bill amount shall be refunded (i.e. half of the advance paid).
  • If the booking is cancelled or modified less than 15 days prior to the check-in date entire 50% amount shall be charged (i.e. full of the advance paid).
  • Bookings with check-ins from 22 December 2023 until 1 January 2024 (both dates included) will be non-refundable. Dates shall be blocked only after receiving 100% prepayment for the bookings between the above mentioned dates (75% at the time of booking and 25% – 10 days before the check in date). If the full payment is not received within 10 days the booking will be held cancelled. No date changes will be allowed for these bookings.
  • Adult charges applicable for kids of 12 yrs and above.
  • Kids below 5 yrs stay free (food charges applicable as actuals)
